Data Deletion

The fastest way to delete your data is directly inside Ramzy:

1. Sign in to your account at ramzy.ai/login
2. Go to Settings (⚙ icon in the top right of the dashboard)
3. Navigate to the Account section
4. Click Delete my account
5. Confirm the deletion — this action is permanent and cannot be undone

This will immediately delete your account and queue all associated data for permanent removal within 30 days.

If you cannot access your account, or prefer to submit a deletion request by email:

We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

A full account deletion removes all of the following permanently:

• Your account profile (name, email, preferences)
• All tasks, events, and planning data you have created
• All captured items and focus session history
• All project calendars and calendar settings
• All AI interaction history and learned patterns
• Your authentication credentials

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. If you think you may want to return to Ramzy in the future, we recommend exporting your data before deleting.

You can delete individual tasks at any time within Ramzy:

• Tasks you clear are moved to Cleared Space and held for 30 days
• Within those 30 days you can restore them if needed
• After 30 days, cleared tasks are permanently deleted automatically
• You can permanently delete any task immediately from the Cleared Space page

If you signed in to Ramzy using Facebook, you can disconnect the connection and delete your Ramzy data using the same methods above.

To revoke Ramzy's access from Facebook directly:

1. Go to your Facebook account → Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find Ramzy and click Remove

Removing Ramzy from your Facebook apps disconnects the login link but does not automatically delete your Ramzy account data. Please follow the deletion steps above to fully remove your data from Ramzy's systems.
