Ramzy is a product built and operated by FarahCo, based in Melbourne, Australia. Ramzy is an AI-powered planning and executive-function operating system designed to help people manage their daily capacity, protect their focus, and keep what matters moving.

We collect the following types of information when you use Ramzy:

• Account information: your name and email address, provided when you sign up via email or social login (Google, Microsoft, Facebook).
• Planning data: tasks, events, captured items, focus sessions, calendars, and any notes you create inside Ramzy.
• Usage preferences: your daily capacity setting, focus hours, theme preference, and working style.
• Authentication data: session tokens and authentication state managed by Supabase. We do not store your passwords directly.
• Usage data: basic product usage signals such as which features you use and how frequently, used to improve Ramzy's AI recommendations.

We do not collect payment card details. Billing, when introduced, will be handled by a third-party processor (Stripe) and no card data will be stored on Ramzy servers.

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Ramzy planning experience
• Personalise your capacity bar, focus windows, and AI recommendations
• Improve Ramzy's AI classification, smart scheduling, and rescue mode behaviour
• Send product-related notifications (reminders, weekly summaries) where you have opted in
• Respond to support requests
• Ensure the security and integrity of your account

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. Ramzy products are built without advertising models.

Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database infrastructure hosted on AWS. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest.

Row-level security is enabled on all database tables, meaning each user can only access their own data. Authentication is managed via Supabase Auth with industry-standard OAuth protocols.

Ramzy is hosted on Vercel's global edge infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access or disclosure.

If you choose to sign in using Google, Microsoft, or Facebook, those providers will share your name and email address with us to create your account. We do not receive access to your passwords or other account data held by those providers.

Your use of those providers is governed by their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns:

We retain your account and planning data for as long as your account is active. Tasks you soft-delete (clear) are retained for 30 days and then permanently removed.

If you delete your account, we will permanently delete all your personal data and planning content within 30 days of the deletion request.

You have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: update or correct inaccurate personal data
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability: request an export of your planning data
• Objection: object to certain types of processing

Ramzy uses essential cookies only — specifically, session cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile your behaviour across the web.

We may use basic anonymised product analytics (such as page view counts) to understand how features are used. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individuals.

Ramzy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users via the product or by email. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last updated.

Continued use of Ramzy after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
