Ramzy is an AI-powered planning and executive-function operating system built and operated by FarahCo, based in Melbourne, Australia. Ramzy helps individuals manage their daily capacity, protect their focus, capture tasks, and keep what matters moving.

By accessing or using Ramzy at ramzy.ai, or by creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have read and understood these Terms of Service
• You agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy
• If you are using Ramzy on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that organisation

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Ramzy.

To use Ramzy, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported social login provider (Google, Microsoft, Facebook). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
• Providing accurate and current account information

You may not share your account with others or create accounts using false identities. Ramzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may use Ramzy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use Ramzy to:

• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Ramzy's systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from Ramzy
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Ramzy
• Use Ramzy in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden the service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Ramzy allows you to create, store, and manage tasks, notes, events, and other planning content (“Your Content”). You retain full ownership of Your Content.

By using Ramzy, you grant FarahCo a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content, and we will not sell it or use it for advertising purposes.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You confirm that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not violate any applicable laws.

Ramzy offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. The features available on each tier are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Free tier: available at no cost, subject to usage limits and feature restrictions as described in the product.

Pro tier: a paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Pricing, billing frequency, and payment methods will be presented at the time of upgrade. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

FarahCo reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or plan availability with reasonable notice to existing users.

Ramzy and all its components — including the software, design, AI models, branding, logos, and documentation — are owned by FarahCo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you any rights to use FarahCo's trademarks, logos, or brand elements. The Ramzy name and brain logo are trademarks of FarahCo.

Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the service as described.

Your use of Ramzy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using Ramzy, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ramzy integrates with third-party services including Google, Microsoft, and Facebook for authentication, and may integrate with calendar and productivity services in future releases.

Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. FarahCo is not responsible for the practices, content, or reliability of any third-party service.

Links to third-party websites or services do not constitute endorsement by FarahCo.

Ramzy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FarahCo does not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable

Ramzy's AI features are designed to assist planning and do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Always apply your own judgement when making decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FarahCo and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Ramzy, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.

In no event will FarahCo's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to FarahCo in the twelve months prior to the claim, or AUD $100 if you have not made any payments.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FarahCo and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of Ramzy
• Your Content
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

You may stop using Ramzy and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account.

FarahCo may suspend or terminate your access to Ramzy at any time if:

• You violate these terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your right to use Ramzy ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

FarahCo may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the product at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of Ramzy after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using Ramzy before they take effect.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Ramzy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
